By decoupling user provisioning from authentication, our solution enables user accounts to be created in Pega even before users attempt to log in. This approach is particularly valuable during migration processes. For instance, one of our clients needed to migrate millions of cases from a legacy system to Pega, with each case assigned to the same individual who managed it in the legacy system. Using traditional SSO approach, a user's Pega account would only be created upon their first login.
